The following outlines my cancellation policy for private appointments / consults and workshops.  Please take the time to review this policy prior to booking an appointment or workshop and understand that I need to enforce this policy should you cancel your appointment without providing the required notice as outlined below

Cancellation Fees

One on One Creative Coaching Sessions

One on One Creative Coaching Sessions cancelled and not rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 80% of the appointment fee

One on One Creative Coaching Sessions rescheduled and then cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee

Workshops

Workshops cancelled less than one week prior to the workshop will forfeit the nominated deposit paid for the workshop
