More About Creative Possibility....

When aiming to make a difference in your life you need to believe that nothing is impossible - one of my favourite creative inspirational writers 'SARK' captures this beautifully ~ "Impossible means I'm possible"

As a qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist I use tried and tested processes and methods to lead you on a journey on which you learn how to transform your life into a life you want, you deserve and you are meant to be living - to make what might seem impossible, possible!

Have you attended personal development workshops or worked with a range of different professionals and practitioners or are at this moment thinking about who to call to get some help?

Maybe you want to fix a problem, make changes, learn how to improve your relationships, get clear on an issue or address a challenge.  It doesn’t really matter what your reason is, what matters is that you have something in your life that is not working, you are fed up with it and you know you have to make a change because the consequences of not taking action aren’t worth thinking about

Right now I want you to imagine taking a journey and arriving at the most beautiful, inspirational, peaceful destination full of freedom where you feel you can really be yourself.  Does this sound like the sort of destination as a life, you want?  One where you are empowered, knowing who you are, live each day with meaning, purpose and joy and have the freedom to express your true hearts desires – you know the life I mean – it’s the one you have been searching for, the one where you are living in your personal power  

Instead of working like a traditional counsellor or therapist where the focus is on the talking I include creative expression in my work. Are you aware that as a woman you are blessed with natural creativity? Would you like to know how to tap into this creativity to ‘create’ the sort of life you want? When you with me I teach you how to use your creativity to achieve remarkable results.  Here's some of what is possible;

Gain clarity by uncovering previously hidden insights – that is ‘make sense of what is happening and why’

Develop an understanding of what motivates and inspires you

Understand how to be grateful for who you are  

Learn ways to express yourself that are healthy and rewarding

Gain self worth and appreciate your immense value as the incredible and beautiful woman you are

Be able to exist in the world being clear on who you are, what your purpose is and how to achieve it

And last but certainly not least, step up boldly into your personal power

So what happens when we take the journey together?

My role is to be your creative coach (your leader and guide).  When I work with you it is all about helping you find your creative possibility – your place of personal power, so I call myself the ‘Creative Possibility Coach’.  I guide you through a process that shows you how to step into your personal power, achieving the ‘life destination’ you dream of.  On the way I lead you through a steps to uncover solutions to the challenges that are preventing you from living in your personal power now.  I do not offer some magic pill or potion that will miraculously alter your life.  What I will do is support you on the journey by providing leadership and guidance you need to find and implement your own solutions.  That's right, you may not have considered this but you have  had the solutions inside you all along! 

The 'tools' I use are fun, easy to put into practice, don’t have to take a lot of time, involve creativity but don’t require you to have any previous art or creative experience, are exciting and best of all can be reapplied to any situation in your life so that you can continue to realise your dreams and attain the results you want

Here is one last thought that I want to leave you with.....  It is ok to ask for help! – a woman committed to achieving the life she wants recognises she doesn't have to do it all alone and she asks for guidance, support, leadership and help.  Then she goes out into the world, steping boldly into her personal power and claiming her empowered life!  So what are you going to do?
